Community Guidelines

Our Mission

Enshrine is a space for genuine connection. These guidelines exist to keep our community safe, respectful, and real. By using Enshrine, you agree to uphold these standards.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity.

1. Be Yourself

• Use your real name and authentic photos.
• Your profile must represent you as you are today.
• No catfishing, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Profile photos must be of yourself. No celebrities, cartoons, or stock images.

2. Respect Others

• Treat every member with dignity and respect.
• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, and threats are strictly prohibited.
• Unsolicited sexual messages or images will result in immediate suspension.
• Do not contact someone who has unmatched or blocked you.
• Respect when someone is not interested and move on graciously.

3. Safety First

• Never share financial information or send money to someone you met on the app.
• Be cautious about sharing sensitive personal details early in conversations.
• Meet in public places for first dates.
• Report suspicious behavior immediately — do not engage with it.
• If you feel threatened or unsafe at any time, contact local emergency services first.

4. Photo and Video Standards

• Photos and videos must be appropriate for a general audience unless in a designated adult section (where available and age-gated).
• No nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence in standard profile or chat photos.
• Do not share photos or videos of other people without their explicit consent.
• Screenshots of private conversations shared publicly without consent are a violation.
• Live video sessions must follow all photo and video standards in real time.

5. Zero Tolerance Policies

The following result in immediate and permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities.
• Threats of violence or physical harm.
• Non-consensual sharing of intimate images (revenge porn).
• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Human trafficking or exploitation.
• Coordinating illegal activity on or through the platform.

6. No Spam or Solicitation

• Do not use Enshrine for commercial solicitation, MLM recruitment, or advertising.
• Do not mass-message users with identical or scripted content.
• Escort services, adult entertainment promotion, and sex work solicitation are prohibited.

7. Authentic Interactions

• AI-generated messages or bots are not permitted without disclosure and our explicit permission.
• Do not use the platform to gather data on users for external purposes.
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior (fake likes, fake engagement) is prohibited.

8. Reporting and Enforcement

• Use the Report button on any profile or message to flag violations.
• Our trust and safety team reviews reports and acts as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days.
• We may not disclose the outcome of specific reports to protect user privacy.
• Repeated false reporting may itself be subject to action.

9. Appeals

If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may appeal within 14 days by contacting compliance@1stgradedyna.store with your account details and reason for appeal. Appeals are typically reviewed within 10 business days.

10. Updates

We may update these guidelines as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
